As members of the entertainment community take sides, the trial of Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion goes on. Men still support Tory because they think Megan lied and hid information. Women support Megan and believe that there is misogyny in the lack of sympathy shown towards her.
On social media, 50 Cent voiced his opinion and compared Megan to Jussie Smollett, who plays Jussie in the Empire. While Megan has insisted that she was h’urt during her fight with Tory Lanez and Kelsey Harris, the details of what transpired that night have significantly changed.
Megan was drunk that evening and was asked to leave Kylie Jenner’s pool party because she was too inebriated. While the Harris team won’t identify who fired, the Tory Lanez team is adamant that Kelsey did so on that particular day.
People have started ac’cusing Megan of lying because there is so much missing information. Jussie Smollett was the most prominent celebrity to be ac;cused of fabricating an at’tack in 2019. Two white guys a’ttacked Smollett in Chicago, and he claims that this was a h’ate c’rime.because he is b’lack and h’omos’exual. Jussie claims that the men doused him in bleach while wearing “Make America Great Again” hats. After years of c’rimes against people of color going unpunished, the nation came together in support of Jussie,
believing that his predicament was the last straw. Unfortunately, Jussie’s story started to unravel when it was discovered that the two guys who committed the deed may have been hired by him and that they weren’t even white. They were actually two African brothers, one of whom had a close relationship with Jussie.
As Megan Thee Stallion has been accused of the same, a meme with her face changing into Jussie’s over the course of four frames has been making the rounds, effectively ac’cusing both of lying. Using the caption “Damn, I’m bewildered all this crap going around, I don’t know what to think,”50 Cent posted this meme to his Instagram account. The majority of people believe that the Megan hate campaign is unfair given that there is evidence that she was fired at, and they are only now attempting to identify the shooter.
50 Cent removed the meme from his Instagram page after the verdict was announced. Several well-known rappers have accused Megan Thee Stallion of lying, including 50 Cent.
